Our heroes begin their shift; alongside their teammates they set up and prepare for the day ahead. With a keen eye and attention to detail, good communication and with the completion of the checklist, the team are off to a flying start.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
- When rocking up for your shift, bring your A Game!
- See rubbish, ciggie butts or empty bottles? Pick them up; we don’t want our customer’s first impression ruined
- Be prepared, use your checklist, get it done. If you can see it, the customer can too
- Health and safety: ensure you, your teammates and customers are always kept safe
